PURCHASE OF GOODS
All orders should be placed through our online checkout system. Goods that have been added to the basket can be processed for payment and dispatch.

When an order has been placed, you should receive an email containing details of price, quantity, postage cost and shipping information.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil all orders. Indications of stock are not provided on the website. We will inform you if we are unable to process your order.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order at any time prior to its dispatch, as long as it is reasonable to do so. theirfavouritethings.co.uk is also free to cancel any order prior to dispatch. Any payments made will be refunded in full.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Once dispatched, orders are handled by third parties. As such, they are no longer the responsibility of theirfavouritethings.co.uk.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any problems with the Goods. If we do not hear from you in this time, then it is assumed that the Goods are correct and in full working order.
RETURNS POLICY
Their Favourite Things will accept returns and or exchanges if the products you have received are faulty or damaged and will pay for the return shipping costs.
If products are not faulty or damaged, you will still be able to return or exchange them but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices quoted in British sterling (£) are correct at the time of going online. Any prices quoted in currencies other than pound sterling are calculated at the current exchange rate. The exchange rate that you pay will depend on your payment provider. Even though prices are calculated in currencies other than pound sterling prior to the checkout, you will always pay in pound sterling in the checkout.
VAT is included in all prices quoted online, unless stated otherwise. In the event of a change in VAT, we reserve the right to alter all prices accordingly.
We reserve the right to change prices any special offers at any time. In the event that you place an order but payment has not been made before a change in price, you will be notified of the change.
Payment for all orders will be taken before Goods are dispatched.
International orders may be subject to import duties. These are solely the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port by customs authorities.
